ADULT PSYCHIATRY AND PSYCHOTHERAPY
I take a collaborative and balanced approach to psychiatric care. This means first listening to you in an empathic and supportive way to fully understand your goals in seeking care.
From there, we work together to establish a treatment plan. This plan may include a combination of various modalities including medication management, psychotherapy, mindfulness, nutrition, and exercise.
I look at each patient as an individual and strive to provide care that addresses the individual's unique needs.
I see adult patients (18 to 60 years) and am experienced with treating a wide range of psychiatric conditions.
I am currently only seeing patients through telepsychiatry in the state of Washington.
The following is a summary of conditions I treat:
Please note as I am an individual provider in a small practice setting, there are some services that I am not able to provide.
I am not able to provide treatment for the following: patients under the age of 17, severe eating disorders, chronic suicidality, dementia, severe alcohol or substance dependence, domestic violence, and psychiatric emergencies.
In addition, I do not provide court ordered treatment or evaluations, disability/work related evaluations, fitness for duty assessments, controlled substances.
There are certain conditions that are frequently treated with controlled substances including ADHD, insomnia, and anxiety.
Though I am able to provide treatment for these conditions, I am not able to prescribe controlled substances due to federal limitations (“Ryan Haight Act”) around telepsychiatry.
At this time, I am considered “out of network” for insurance companies. This means that I do not directly bill insurance companies for the care provided.
You are responsible for my full fee however you may seek compensation through your insurance company for “out of network” reimbursement. I will provide you with a statement to submit to your insurance to request this benefit.
Before seeking care, I highly recommend that you contact your insurance company to fully understand your out of network benefits and anticipated level of reimbursement. I do not accept Medicare or Medicaid.
My fees are as listed below:
